Having a panic attack is like shaving.

You're just getting on with it

Then you feel pain

You've cut yourself but you don't know where the pain stems

It stings, itches and throbs Then it bleeds but you can't locate the bleed

It bleeds and bleeds and bleeds

A plaster does not halt the bleed

Neither does Vaseline

It's stops spontaneously

You don't know how
